Sleep was a multi-media poetry series created by Elizabeth Pusack and Hannah Pass which was often hosted at unconventional locales. I was responsible for their graphic identity, event posters, and flyers, with all print work designed to give the feeling of a set of book covers from the same series.
After reading at one of the Sleep events, James Gendron asked me to design the cover for his first full-length book of poetry, building on this aesthetic. Gendron's Sexual Boat (Sex Boats) was published by Octopus Books, a poetry press in Portland, OR.
